Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated on our website.

Please note:

• Business days generally exclude weekends and holidays
• Processing time is separate from shipping transit time
• Orders may require additional processing time during:
   
  • Product launches
  • Promotions
  • Sales events
  • Holidays
  • High-volume periods

We reserve the right to extend processing times when necessary.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on:

• Your location
• Shipping carrier
• Shipping method selected at checkout
• Carrier delays
• Weather or external disruptions

Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using third-party carriers such as:

We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier used for any order unless a specific shipping method is purchased and guaranteed by the carrier.

4. Shipping Rates

5. Order Tracking

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system after label creation.

A shipping label being created does not always mean the package is already physically in motion — sometimes it’s just the package’s way of saying “I’m thinking about it.”

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping and delivery information at checkout.

CockySkin is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from:

• Incorrect addresses
• Missing apartment or unit numbers
• Typographical errors
• Outdated shipping information

If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@cockyskin.com.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations.

CockySkin is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, except where required by law.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend that you:

• Check around your delivery location
• Ask household members or neighbors
• Check with your building management or mailroom
• Contact the shipping carrier directly

If you still need assistance, you may contact us and we may try to help on a courtesy basis, but we do not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

8. Delayed Shipments

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Weather
• Carrier delays
• Customs delays
• Labor disruptions
• Natural disasters
• Public emergencies
• High-volume shipping periods

We appreciate your patience if delays occur.

9. Returned Packages / Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

• Incorrect shipping information
• Delivery refusal
• Failure to retrieve a held package
• Carrier inability to complete delivery

we may, at our discretion:

• Reship the package at the customer’s expense
• Refund the order minus shipping and handling costs
• Issue store credit instead of a refund

10. International Shipping

Option A — If You Only Ship Within the U.S.

At this time, CockySkin currently ships only within the United States.

Option B — If You Also Ship Internationally

CockySkin may offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note that international orders may be subject to:

• Customs inspections

• Taxes
• VAT
• Brokerage fees
• Country-specific restrictions

These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

CockySkin is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for orders rejected, delayed, or seized due to destination-country regulations.

11. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, fulfillment timing, or packaging requirements.

If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers or deliveries.
